Roy has worked in lending since 2021 and brings a background in residential and commercial finance, having started in sales management before specialising in home and property loans. At Principal Funding he works with brokers and direct borrowers on bridging, construction, residual stock and other property-secured facilities.
Roy’s approach is hands-on: he reviews each transaction himself, keeps brokers informed at every stage, and makes sure the terms offered on day one are the terms delivered at settlement.
A fitness buff, Roy spends his time at his favourite gym when he’s not at work.

Jacqui has worked in private lending since 2021 and has spent most of her career in client-facing roles across financial services and premium hospitality. She manages Principal Funding’s relationships with brokers and borrowers from first enquiry through to settlement, and is known for straight answers and fast turnaround on term sheets.
Jacqui’s focus is on understanding what a borrower is actually trying to achieve and structuring a facility that gets them there, rather than fitting the transaction to a product.
Brokers who work with her know they will get a clear yes or no quickly, and a reason either way.
Jacqui is a highly accomplished professional with experience working across multiple sectors of the financial services industry.

Sal is a highly accomplished professional with experience working across multiple sectors of the financial services industry for more than 25 years. She has held roles in digital banking, mortgage broking, sales and services, and marketing. Sal seeks to provide tailored business solutions and impeccable service to her Clients. Sal uses her experience and passion for mentoring and building high performance teams to develop strong relationships with Principal Funding’s broker partners and deliver great outcomes for her Clients. A fitness buff, Sal spends her time at her favourite gym when she’s not at work.
